1

Day 1 : Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your safari adventure officially begins today. After breakfast, you’ll be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and drive approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes to Tarangire National Park. This park is famous for its vast elephant herds and towering ancient baobab trees—the largest tree species on the African continent.
Enjoy game viewing from the open roof of your safari vehicle as you explore savannah plains, seasonal swamps, and the Tarangire River, which attracts a wide range of wildlife. Sightings may include giraffes, impalas, zebras, lions, leopards, elands, warthogs, elephants, and numerous bird species. Lunch will be enjoyed at a scenic picnic site before continuing with afternoon game drives. In the evening, head to your campsite inside the park for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 : Tarangire Sunrise Game Drive & Mto wa Mbu Cultural Experience

Begin the day early with a sunrise game drive in Tarangire National Park, when wildlife is most active. After breakfast, enjoy further exploration of the park before driving to the vibrant town of Mto wa Mbu for lunch.
In the afternoon, take part in a cultural tour of the local community. Activities may include visits to banana farms, rice fields, traditional art workshops, forest areas, and nearby waterfalls. The tour can be done on foot or by bicycle, offering a close-up look at local life. Dinner and overnight will be at Fig Tree Lodge.

Day 3 : Journey to Serengeti & Afternoon Game Drive

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park on a scenic drive lasting approximately 4–5 hours through the Ngorongoro Highlands. Along the way, enjoy wildlife sightings and changing landscapes before stopping for a picnic lunch near Naabi Hill Gate. Enter Serengeti National Park for an afternoon game drive across its vast plains. As the sun sets, continue to Seronera (Tumbili) Campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 : Full-Day Serengeti Game Drive

Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the Serengeti. Depart at sunrise for early wildlife viewing, then return to camp for breakfast before setting out with packed lunch for a full-day game drive.
Search for the Big Five while enjoying the park’s diverse landscapes. Beyond large mammals, the Serengeti is home to more than 500 bird species, including ostriches, secretary birds, and black eagles soaring above the plains. Return to camp at sunset for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 : Early Morning Serengeti Game Drive & Transfer to Ngorongoro

Depart camp around 6:00 am for a sunrise game drive, taking advantage of peak wildlife activity. Mid-morning, enjoy breakfast at a bush picnic site before continuing game viewing.
Return to camp around midday for a hot lunch, pack up, and then drive toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. Arrive at Simba Campsite in time for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 : Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Return to Arusha

At 6:00 am, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater with a packed breakfast for a memorable game drive. This vast caldera covers approximately 260 square kilometres and is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, hyenas, and the rare black rhinoceros.
Spend about 5–6 hours exploring the crater floor before ascending for your final meal with the team. Afterwards, return to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening (around 5:00–6:00 pm), marking the end of your safari.
